Robert was very responsive, returning my call after business hours,  He provided very clear explanations and recommendations as to what the problem was and what was needed to fix it and my repairs were done within two days. I called Rob for two jobs in my house, replace a valve and waterline to the fridge and replace old washer valves.  He called ahead to confirm details and was very prompt for the appointment. When I had new cupboards installed in my home, that installer removed my plumbing and pushed the cupboards in and did not attach them at all or replace the plumbing.I called RZ and they came to the rescue very quickly and replaced all my plumbing for about exactly the amount I still owed the cupboard place. That’s what I call a square deal. Thanks Rob!
